Living in many states throughout his life, Rico has found inspiration to learn and cook comfort foods from various cultures. Although a culinary student for a year, Rico wants to focus his skills on Hawaiian and Caribbean cuisine. Rico hopes to learn as much as he can to expand his skills through his walk of life.
